  i catched the bus on 7th of february wit my client,who is wheelchair user.driver 1286 was very helpfull,waited untill i secured the brakes,asked if we are okay and he can leave the stop.excelent service.thanks

  Absolute shambles! Used this company for a bathroom refit 2 years ago and it turned into a nightmare. Initially they came accross as very professional but as time went on this proved not to be the case. There was absolutely no communication so while they were scheduled to be with us for a particular week we would end up having someone on site for 2.5-3 days out of 5 and it was anyones guess what times and days this would be. while some were lovely, certain members of their team were rude & made me feel responsible for problems with the existing electrics (which were installed prior to us moving in) & the general attitude was that any problems that arose were mine to overcome & then direct them accordingly. Not having any knowledge of plumbing or electrics I needed to at least be presented with possible options or solutions to choose from but there was a real attitude of only doing what they were directed to to & not being prepared to propose soutions. There was a catalogue of small issues with the final work but to be fair it did get completed in the end. Weve learned to overlook some of the issues with the final work but it was hard work & not an experience Id recommend. We also retained 10% of the total payment until the work & issues were resolved but Im not sure that they would have finished the work properly without this financial incentive so Id recommend doing the same & proceeding with real caution if you use this company
